New Student Enrollment
These students may be new to the District or new Silver Gate Elementary.
IMPORTANT: families attending Silver Gate must live at a home address within our school boundaries or have been awarded a seat through the school Choice Program. BEFORE completing any of the forms below Click this link to use School Finder to verify your home address

Home Language Survey Form - Download this form. You will upload your completed form on the online enrollment site (InfoSnap) below.
UTK-4 Enrollment-
This online enrollment process is only for students who are new to San Diego Unified. If your child has previously been enrolled in San Diego Unified, please contact Renee Erickson @ [email protected]InfoSnap click here to complete online enrollment

Birth Certificate or Passport - You will upload this on the online enrollment site thru InfoSnap
Your child must be five years or older on or before September 1 to be eligible for Kindergarten. If they turn 4 before September 1st, they are eligible for Universal Transitional Kindergarten.
Immunization Record - You will upload this on the online enrollment site thru InfoSnap
Kindergarten/UTK immunization requirements must be completed before the student can be placed in a classroom - CA Codes section 120325-120380
Proof Of Residency - You will upload this on the online enrollment site thru InfoSnap
Upload your most recent utility bill, cable bill, tax bill, mortgage document or military housing orders. Upload the first page to show name & address.

The Following 2 forms are only required for Kindergarten within 30 days of the start of school. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT TO SUBMIT your enrollment. DUE BY SEPTEMBER 13th.
